Order Processing
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed by 5:00 PM (local time) will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

International Shipping
– Currently, Benchiz Mall does not offer international shipping. We only ship within the United States.
Delivery Delays

Shipping Address

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.
